Who handles your data
Verlein (House Of Verlein), music producer. For any question about your data, message us on Instagram at @verleinbeats or reply to any of our emails.
What we collect
What you give us in the form (name, email, WhatsApp, Instagram and your answers), the approximate country of your connection and, if you accept cookies, ad measurement data. For the emails we send you, we record whether they were delivered, whether you opened them and which links you clicked.
What we use it for
To review your application and book the call, to message you on WhatsApp about your appointment, and to send you news and promotions from Verlein by email and text message, which you accept when you submit the form. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Who we share it with
Only the providers that help us operate: Twilio SendGrid (email), Twilio (WhatsApp and text messages), Cal.com (scheduling), Meta (ad measurement), Google (copy of answers), Vercel (web hosting) and Neon (database). We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
While we stay in touch with you, or until you ask us to delete it. If you unsubscribe, we only keep your address and number on an exclusion list, so we never write to you again.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, and object to its use. To stop receiving promotions, use the link at the end of any of our emails or reply STOP to a text message.
